VIE Communities, an Egyptian-Emirati real estate alliance, has officially launched its second mixed-use project, “VIE HALO,” in New Cairo, backed by EGP 50 billion in total investments.
Located along North 90th Street within Zomra East, the 200,000 sqm project has already surpassed EGP 6 billion in sales during its early-launch phase.
Developed in strategic partnership with Nations of Sky, the development integrates retail, administrative spaces, medical clinics, and a 20-story branded hospitality tower.
Dr. Haitham Samir, CEO of VIE Communities, emphasized that the project introduces an advanced concept combining living, working, and entertainment to meet evolving market demands.
Meanwhile, Vice Chairman Tarek Soliman noted that the launch builds on the success of their debut project, VIE Collective, reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to delivering high-value, sustainable urban destinations across Egypt.
